WHAT IS IT & WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU & YOUR FAMILY?
The Diamond Chapter of Excellence is the highest standard set by Mitsubishi for customer service in the sales, service & parts departments. This is a year long program based mostly off of the J.D. Powers & Associates surveys sent out to each client who comes into the dealership for service, sales or parts. We must score a 95% or higher in each department out of a possible 100% to achieve Diamond Chapter status.
